CoverUp updates

For a couple of reasons I have temporarily removed CoverUp from the Nokia store for both Symbian and MeeGo. I am working on a new version that fixes many of the problems of the previous versions, and for Symbian I have moved to a nice new QML based UI.

I hope to have the new apps out in a week or so. As per the Nokia Store rules, you can obviously upgrade for free.
